We are seeking a Corporate Manager – Fleet & Safety to oversee fleet operations, material handling equipment, and workplace safety programs across our multi-state locations. As a Corporate Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and optimizing logistics to support our employees and customers. This role ensures compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations, optimizes logistics, and promotes a strong culture of safety throughout the organization.

This position requires frequent travel to VP Supply branches to support on-site training, compliance audits, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Fleet & Logistics Management :

• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and optimization of VP Supply’s multi-state fleet and material handling equipment to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and enhance preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for fleet and material handling equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Optimize route planning and fleet utilization across regional and state boundaries.
• Conduct driver and equipment operator training in collaboration with branch Outbound Management teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and service levels for all branches.
• Provide regular feedback to regional branch management on telematics and tracking systems (Cameras, Pictures, DVIR, Elite).
• Review fleet data with senior management quarterly, ensuring alignment with VP Supply’s "Pain-Free Construction" objective.
