Position Summary:
As the sole marketing professional at VP Supply, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on, adaptable professional who can manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and collaborate across departments to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote products, strengthen brand positioning, and support business objectives.
- Manage Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns, including selecting the most effective media channels.
- Analyze Market Data: Assess the success of marketing efforts using data-driven insights and make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, including co-op funds and customer event sponsorships, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and external partners to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage key customer events, such as trade shows, golf tournaments, and other promotional experiences.
- Marketing Strategy Reporting: Provide leadership with updates on campaign performance, market trends, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
