Position Overview:
Our Operations Team is seeking to hire a Receptionist with at least 1 year of office experience to join our Rochester branch.

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and dispatch to the appropriate team member, ensuring a high level of customer service and quick response times.
- Scan and accurately index customer invoices.
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports. Process reconciliations, as required by accounting.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative-related duties, as assigned.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While a mainly sedentary role, some lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds may occasionally be required.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience answering and dispatching calls in an extremely high-volume work environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Ability to explain applicable processes and train team members.
- Must be reliable and punctual for all shifts.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the branch location.
