We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring that project costs are managed effectively.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for stakeholders on project status.
