Tommy’s creative team is looking for a Multimedia Designer with a hungry appetite to develop and work on a wide range of marketing objectives while staying true to the Tommy brand. The ideal person for this position has a passion for design and video production, enjoys problem-solving and staying in tune to best practices and industry trends, is a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, and can communicate and collaborate well with team members. This position will take direction from and report to the creative director.

What you bring to the table:
- Energy and passion for all things design, creative and entertainment
- A keen eye behind a camera with the ability to film, edit or both depending on the project
- Ability to create and develop storyboards with copywriters and other team members
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details (they matter!)
- Ability to work well with others and think clearly under deadlines (and ask for help!)
- Ability to take technical and creative direction professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of design and video production experience
- Animation and motion graphics skills preferred
- A portfolio of your work will be required for review
- Must have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (expert in Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Understanding and knowledge of various output formats for photography and video use cases
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and web-based project management tools
