2 years of RN experience (REQUIRED)

1 year of RN Unit Manager in LTC or SNF experience (REQUIRED)

Active Maine or Multistate License (REQUIRED)

Covid vaccination record (REQUIRED)

Required Certifications:

AHA BLS
