Business Analyst JD :
BA with Guiding care experience in Care Management, Utilization management, Appeals & Grievances.
Experience documentation business processes, procedures, data and rules.
Effective communication skills
Working knowledge of Tableau Cloud and Desktop is a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements into bitesize action items.
Proficient managing project documentation in Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence
Define and prioritize the product backlog items, balancing the requirements of stakeholders with the resources of the development team.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
Strong data literacy - ability to understand and use data to make decisions.
Strong attention to detail
Monitor the effectiveness of data products post-implementation and use feedback to inform future improvements.
Experience creating / editing training documentation.
