Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Customize, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, adhering to best practices and governance policies.
- Engage in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and maintain web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C# in conjunction with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, documenting solutions and working with system administrators for implementation.
- Provide knowledge on Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Develop documentation for platform usage, technical analyses, and provide guidance on governance approaches.
- Prepare mockups/prototypes based on business requirements and suggest solutions leveraging Power Platform tools.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to facilitate communication, log issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in discerning between Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate and suggest efficient solutions based on business needs.
- Contribute to improving processes and policies for Business Enablement Services
- Utilize DevOps methodologies within the Power Platform for enhanced solution delivery.
- On-call support as necessary for after-hours work.
- Support work-from-home environments and ensure the expected level of service.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, perform complex problem-solving, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Experience in Data Migration and Integration using SSIS or other related tools.
