- 8 to 10 years of Project & Program Management experience.
- Expertise in managing enterprise-scale software development projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools Agile & Scrum:
- 8 years of Agile Project Management experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
