Ey Responsibilities
- Manage and support all endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, M365, and SCCM.
- Oversee application management in a Citrix environment, including virtual desktops.
- Ensure smooth deployment and updates of applications across the organization’s devices.
- Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing the organization’s endpoint devices and software.
- Work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team across Sacramento, Bay Area, and Dallas.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Experience managing endpoint devices for large enterprises (3,000 employees).
- Familiarity with Citrix environments and virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Experience managing applications in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
