What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Sales Support position at VRod USA?
1. Monitor and enter information in CRM HubSpot
2. Data entry of all leads from trade shows and initiate follow up with sales reps.
3. Answer phone.
4. Facilitate sample requests from customers and reps.
5. Work with reps on project tracking.
6. Be the liaison between Canada and the customers with information about orders and shipping.
7. Work on getting freight quotes for bids.
8. Set up and manage trade show set ups, including making sure booth, samples and required literature is sent in time.
9. Attend some national shows when required.
10. Build a data base of completed projects.
11. Update inventory totals at all warehouses and make sure level is always maintained.
12. Respond to website leads and phone leads with follow up by reps.
13. Attend required meetings via zoom or in person.
14. Visit home office in Canada on a limited basis.
15. Write letters.
16. Take orders and send to plant.
17 . Process mass email blasts via HubSpot CRM.
18. Including inside sales support based on customer needs and wants.
19. Making sure we always have samples and literature available.
20. Help facilitate a yearly budget for sales.
21. General office duties.
22. Follow bid opportunities via Bid prime website.
23. Complete any task rewuired by National Sales Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $35.00 per hour
