Role:
This is a hunter role whether you're stepping in as an SDR or operating as an AE, your mission is the same: build pipeline and close new business. We're not sitting back waiting for leads. We're targeting strategic accounts, reaching senior decision-makers, and driving high-value conversations from the first touch.
As an SDR/AE, you ll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to helping close deals. You'll lead with insight, act with urgency, and bring energy to every interaction. If you're motivated by results and thrive in outbound sales, this is your chance to build something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts and stakeholders
Drive outbound outreach cold calls, personalized emails, and social engagement
Initiate and lead discovery calls with IT and business leaders
Collaborate with internal teams to execute tailored, account-based strategies
Manage deals end-to-end: from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical buyers
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting
What We're Looking For:
2 5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital
transformation
Proven outbound prospector with a closer s mentality
Tenacious, self-driven, and thrives under pressure
Confident communicator who can engage executives and tailor messaging
Highly organized, coachable, and committed to personal growth
