What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to plan and execute a comprehensive experience strategy.
- Apply creative problem solving and strategic design thinking to deliver elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present design rationale and trade-offs clearly and persuasively.
- Define interaction patterns and visual design specifications for seamless developer handoff.
- Conduct user testing and usability research to gather insights and validate designs.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail, organization, and consistency across the platform.
- Contribute to and utilize existing design systems, ensuring scalable and cohesive design across all products.
Qualifications:
- A strong, demonstrable portfolio that clearly showcases your design thinking and process.
- Bachelor s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for complex or enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Experience with system design and scalable pattern libraries is a strong plus.
- In-depth knowledge of UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative product development environments.
