Essential Functions :

• When instructed by dispatch, inspect villas for items left behind by guest, tips, and strong odors. Treat strong odors immediately according to resort protocol, notify dispatch villa is ready for cleaning.
• At the start of each day verify room attendants have their first room assignment and their cart has been stocked.
• Inspect all assigned villas (vacant, B / B & C / O) to ensure cleanliness meets resort standards, villa is fully stocked with amenities and villa is staged in accordance with resort staging standards.
• Participate in the resorts ongoing training program by sending room attendants back to any villa that does not meet resort standards of cleanliness, amenities stocking or staging.
• Report maintenance issues, damage to furniture or villa and missing items to management immediately.
• Inspect Villas for BBs as instructed.
• Assist in cleaning of villas when necessary.
• Set lighting & A / C to resort staging levels when completing each villa inspection.
• Follow resort protocol when interacting with guest or associates by communicating effectively, sharing essential information regarding issues in villas or special requests by guests in a cooperative manner to achieve department goals.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of :
• correct & safe use of chemicals, proper operation of equipment & tools.
• proper safety practices.
• report unsafe incidents or unsafe conditions to the management immediately.
• Complete all assignments, daily reports, and communications to next shift prior to leaving each day.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Cuando se lo indique el despacho, inspeccione las villas en busca de objetos olvidados, propinas y olores fuertes. Trate los olores fuertes inmediatamente siguiendo el protocolo del resort y notifique que la villa de despacho est lista para la limpieza.
• Al comienzo de cada da, verifique que los asistentes de sala tengan su primera asignacin de sala y que su carrito est lleno.
• Inspeccionar todas las villas asignadas (vacantes, B / B y C / O) para garantizar que la limpieza cumpla con los estndares del resort, que la villa est completamente equipada con comodidades y que la villa est organizada de acuerdo con los estndares de preparacin del resort.
• Participar en el programa de capacitacin continua del resort enviando a los encargados de la habitacin a cualquier villa que no est a la altura de la limpieza, las comodidades o la puesta en escena de acuerdo con las polticas del resort.
• Informar problemas de mantenimiento, daos a muebles o villa o elementos faltantes de inmediato.
• Inspeccione las villas en busca de BB segn las instrucciones.
• Asistir en la limpieza de villas cuando sea necesario.
• Ajuste la iluminacin y el aire acondicionado a los niveles de preparacin del centro turstico al completar cada inspeccin de la villa.
• Siga el protocolo del resort cuando interacte con los huspedes o asociados comunicndose de manera efectiva, compartiendo informacin esencial sobre problemas en las villas o solicitudes especiales de los huspedes de manera cooperativa para lograr los objetivos del departamento.
• Demostrar un conocimiento prctico de :
• o uso correcto y seguro de productos qumicos, operacin adecuada de equipos y herramientas,
• o prcticas de seguridad adecuadas
• o informar incidentes inseguros o condiciones inseguras a la gerencia de inmediato.
• Completar todas las asignaciones, informes diarios y comunicaciones al siguiente turno antes de irse cada da.
• Realizar todas las dems funciones que se le asignen.
