Job Summary

The RPA UiPath Lead will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath software to optimize business processes. The role involves analyzing processes, creating workflows, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation scripts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in UiPath and MySQL, a deep understanding of RPA methodologies, and experience collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Business Processes: Identify opportunities for automation by thoroughly analyzing current workflows and processes.
• Design and Configure Workflows: Create and configure robots using UiPath to automate business processes effectively.
• Test Automation Scripts: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.
• Mentor Colleagues: Provide guidance and share knowledge of RPA solutions and methodologies with team members.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, solution architects, and customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance during the concept and solution design phases, supporting demand management.
• Define Best Practices: Establish and adhere to business standards and best practices for automation technologies.
• Develop Automation Solutions: Build and deploy automation solutions for identified use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Technical and Functional Skills Required

• Core Skills:

  • Expertise in UiPath for developing automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL for database management and integration.
  • Proficient in creating workflows, automating processes, and testing automation scripts.

• Experience:

  • 8 10 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath.
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage automation workflows for diverse use cases.

• Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of RPA solution methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and mentoring abilities.
  • Familiarity with demand management and solution design phases.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 8 years of experience in RPA with UiPath.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying automation solutions and working in collaborative environments.
• Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
