What you need:
- 5 years of marketing experience, social media, brand marketing, or related marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear communication.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to build relationships across platforms, & consumers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
What you will do:
- Leads the creation and implementation of brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Responsible for developing and executing VSC’s social strategy by creating content, managing platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok), managing analytics, and responding to engagement.
- Oversees all aspects of VSC’s brand image, ensuring our story resonates with customers & employees by honoring the brand in all marketing strategies.
- Implements VSC’s brand strategy across internal and external events.
- Ensures brand consistency across all communication channels, (internal & external), as well as deliverables (apparel, uniforms, giveaways).
- Writes and develops copy for marketing materials as well as digital media and blog posts.
- Explores industry trends, new digital marketing channels, strategies and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration across all departments to ensure company strategic needs and goals are met.
- Supports the marketing team by assisting with all marketing projects and initiatives.
