This individual is responsible for assistance with the review and screening of candidates for all levels of positions.

What you need:
- 3 plus years of experience as a recruiter or similar, demonstrating a solid understanding of hiring practices or similar work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable (but not required!):
- SHRM or PHR certification.
What you will do:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, team dynamics, and specific job requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain positive communication throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to contribute insights for effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates to gather feedback and improve recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Develop and implement creative and effective strategies to source passive candidates.
- Generate reports and metrics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
