Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a 70% Technical / 30% Functional skill set.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits and a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits).
Develop and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, Integrations, and OIC-based solutions.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide production support, performance tuning, and process optimizations.
Work closely with stakeholders for testing, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Develop OIC-based integrations for HCM and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services and middleware integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
