What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle ERP (Supply chain and financial) Tehcno functional position at VSG Business Solutions?
The primary skill set with a minimum of 7-10 years experience, having implementation and rollout experience in various modules of Oracle ERP, Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle APEX.
Identifying GAP's in the existing business process and suggesting improvements. Consult with key business users, and project team members to gather and align requirements and ensure that analysis and results to support engagement decision-making. Identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives.
Demonstrate and develop new functionalities in the existing IT system and evaluate the applicability to the current business needs. Design new business processes and enhancements for the current environment as per business requirements. Translating business requirements and solution designs into Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) configuration.
Managing the development of various RICE (Reports, Interface, Conversions and Extension) components. Working closely with IT Management, consultants, and business teams to provide in-depth technical solutions for business objectives. Performing project planning and status reporting, scope management, documentation, and facilitation between the technical and functional and execution for small to big projects.
Status Reporting to Business and IT management. Allocating and managing deliverables among the team members. Utilizing end to end IT Process in relation to Oracle to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Sell, Hire to Retire Process with corresponding knowledge in Oracle ERP and various other ERP applications.
Providing day-to-day functional, technical, administration and end user support of Oracle EBS and RapidResponse application including trouble-shooting application, data, and interface issues; maintains system user-roles and security functionality within applications.
Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for various repeated task of end users using RPA tools like UiPath and improve the efficiency of end users. Liaising with key customer groups to facilitate understanding of requirements, issues, and performance
