Novus Orthodontics of Spartanburg is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team!

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm & welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments, manage new patient contracts, check- in patients
- Handle incoming calls & walk-in patients with professionalism
- Take payments & follow up with past due accounts
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the practice such as ordering supplies & follow up phone calls
- Work with the Office Manager to prioritize administrative tasks
The Right Person Will Have

- Customer Service & Phone experience with the ability to communicate professionally
- Strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude & a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
- Available to work M-Th. 8 a..m. - 5 p.m.; Fri. 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass criminal background check
