You'll join the Product and Payment Integration team responsible for supporting all claims operations for our insurance business. This is Where You Come In As the Data Analyst Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to partner with Business Specialists and Business Analysts who work cohesively to research and resolve system and process issues, develop new system capabilities, build reporting tools to support the effective delivery of business value, provide insights to leadership on current and future performance. Here's a Preview of What You'll Do Perform data analysis related to operations processes and performance Develop operational reports to support operational functions Develop dashboards or other products to provide insights and actionable information for leadership Learn the practical application of data analysis and reporting tools and techniques in a business environment Skills & Abilities You'll Need to Succeed Experience in data analysis and reporting, primarily using SQL and/or Cognos tools Possess exceptionally strong attention to detail A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn Thrives in a distributed, virtual work environment Why Intern at VSP Vision? Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
