Position Overview : We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented CNC Mill and Lathe Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC machines in a climate-controlled environment, producing high-quality parts for a wide range of industries. Responsibilities :
Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and ensure precision and quality in all parts produced.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements :
Successful completion of a machinist school program or equivalent practical job experience in CNC operation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
