We have an opening for a Senior Team Administrator who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The position will perform administrative, organizational, and communication support for the COO and their senior leadership team members. The successful candidate requires exceptional self management, organizational, collaboration and project management skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fluid, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Calendar, travel and expense management for COO and their Leadership Team in compliance with company policy
- Partner with peer Team Administrators and Executive Assistants both within ST Engineering iDirect as well as its parent and peer companies to coordinate meetings, travel and other activities as needed
- Serve as the face of Operations, maintaining a professional, productive, and collaborative nature
- Manage procurement process in compliance with company policy and approval matrix
- Manage logistics for on and off-site (domestic and international) meetings
- Manage production of reports and deliverables, including assembling and preparing presentations and reports
- Administer on-call, spot bonus and related programs
- Partner with internal organizations (IT and HR) to ensure timely and accurate processing of new hire, contractor and consultant onboarding / offboarding
- Maintain a functional library of documentation, process, presentation and training materials
- Serve as back-up to EA for CEO, contribute to front desk coverage as needed
