Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Engineer with 10 to 15 years of expertise in project planning, design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of project development to ensure successful execution within quality, time, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Feasibility Assessment :
- Develop strategic project plans, objectives, and scope in alignment with organizational and client goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and potential challenges.
Project Design & Development :
Oversee the design phase, collaborating with engineers and designers to create detailed project plans, specifications, and blueprints.Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Resource & Budget Management :
Efficiently allocate and manage personnel, equipment, and materials for optimal project execution.Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation :
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Management :
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements.Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, contractors, and regulatory authorities.Project Monitoring & Reporting :
Continuously track project progress, identifying deviations, delays, or issues, and take corrective actions as needed.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience : 10-15 years of progressive experience in project development and management, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex projects.Technical Expertise : Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools.Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Collaboration : Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team environment.
