Candidate Requirements

Effective Communication : The ability to convey key messages clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences, including C-level executives. This includes written reports, high-stakes presentations, and adapting communication styles to different audiences.

Relationship Building : Cultivating strong relationships with partner organizations, end users, developers, and stakeholders. This involves understanding their unique requirements and translating them into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).

Experience working with nonprofit organizations.

Collaboration and Teamwork : Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and skilling teams. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Familiarity with Power BI and other Microsoft data tools.
