VTG is looking for a Management Consultant / Organizational Psychologist in Chantilly, VA.
What will you do?
Contractor Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead or support Organizational Research projects by :
- Interfacing with key stakeholders to identify needs
- Identifying and executing the most appropriate research methodologies to address stakeholder needs
- Conducting scientific literature reviews
- Performing descriptive and inferential statistics
- Conducting thematic content analysis on qualitative data
- Extracting key insights from data
- Identifying recommendations grounded in organizational science
- Developing client-facing deliverables
- Briefing or supporting briefings of results to clients across all levels of the organization
- Maintenance and support for data collection, data analysis, and data visualization aspects of high-visibility OR-owned programs, including but not limited to :
- Measures of Impact and Mission Effectiveness (MIME)
- SPEAR
