Responsibilities:
VTG is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integrator to join our team supporting an exciting customer organization. The successful candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and hard-charging to identify needs and quickly execute to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimization of business operations for mission focused group.
- Develop thorough understanding of organization's mission and core activities.
- Support strategic planning efforts.
- Support the managing of key projects.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement both within the group and with external partners.
- Review portfolio of projects and propose process improvements to make more efficient and effective.
- Develop and track performance metrics to aid in organization meeting goals and objectives.
- Conduct research, as necessary.
- Provide weekly reporting on assigned projects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with varied internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with partners on projects with shared goals.
- Coordinate meetings and handle internal communications using customer's primary communication systems
Other Responsibilities/Requirements
- TS/SCI with Poly.
- 5 years managing projects for this customer
- Must have experience with Sponsor’s sensitive projects. Well versed in relevant regulations.
- Highly organized and excel at time management
- Strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing and briefing skills

- Basic understanding of mission center culture
- Experience initiating non-traditional projects in this organization.
