Overview:
VTG is seeking a Program Analyst with strong analytical and organizational skills, and communication skills to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC. The Program Analyst will work as a member of the Interior Communications (IC) team to strengthen engagement with various program offices and stakeholders by implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes for acquisition procurements and installations.
Responsibilities:
- Tracks program and project statuses and schedules
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Performs management and finance analyses
- Collects, organizes, and interprets technical and financial data relating to project acquisition
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
- This position may require the ability for minimal travel
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience
- Familiarity with Government Furnished Equipment management, Navy ERP and WAWF
- Ability to work collaboratively with personnel from multiple functions and at all levels of the customer organization to delivery results; strong networking, interpersonal, and customer service skills are key
- Strong attention to detail with experience analyzing situations and being able to make well-informed decisions
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments while maintaining flexibility and versatility
- Ability to maintain and obtain a Secret level clearance
