Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at VTG. As a key member of our Surface Missile Technical Representative (Tech Rep) Office, you will provide critical systems engineering support for various programs, including IWS 3, IWS-11, IWS-12, and AEGIS BMD.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide surface weapon test equipment and production test equipment engineering and technical support.
- Prepare and distribute planning, presentation, and follow-up documentation for systems engineering and test.
- Test equipment life cycle support plan evaluations and recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Support special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematician (STEM) quantitative field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, with varying levels from Entry, Journeyman to Senior.
- Experience with modern missile design preferred.
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
- Active DoD SECRET Clearance and the ability to sustain one or the preferred, DoD TOP SECRET.
