What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemistry General Assistant-Student Employment (Workstudy Eligibility Preferred) position at VTSU?
Student must have completed General Chemistry with at least a B average, and must have also successfully completed at least two upper-level chemistry courses (such as organic chemistry and analytical chemistry).
• Students must be able to work at least three hours a week during the semester on a regular schedule. The work schedule is set-up each semester by the student and supervisor.
• Students are responsible for entering their hours worked into the College web-based time-clock system.
• Students must be reliable, hardworking and interested in the full range of the job duties.
