The School of STEM Department of Construction Management of Vermont State University invites applications for a Part-Time Faculty for the Spring semester (January 21 -May 16, 2025).
The course to be taught is CPM 3020-Construction Documents
This course covers analysis, creation, and organization of construction documents. The student conducts takeoffs and divisional cost controls; creates and tracks submittals; shops drawings; makes requests for information and proposals; interprets specifications, contracts, and architectural, civil, and structural drawings; and interprets LEED, International Building Code, and local zoning and life safety requirements.
3 hours of lecture per week
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or better with construction management experience.
Teaching experience at the college level is preferable.

Salary:
Based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining Unit Agreement.
