What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Assistant for Faculty, Sport Management -Student Employment Opportunity (WorkStudy Eligibility Not Required) position at VTSU?
The primary responsibility of the Student Assistant will be to assist the Sport Management Program Coordinator in all facets of program administration including but not limited to assistance in advising of first- and second-year undergraduate students, maintenance of the sport management and athletic leadership student databases, program application administration, PReCIP data tracking, and handbook and website updates. The student assistant will also assist with undergraduate course management for several courses below the 4000-level.
Undergraduate senior-level status in the sport management program, with exemplary academic work, excellent writing skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail are required. This position includes a stipend. This is a one-semester position beginning in January of 2025 and ending in May of 2025
