What are the responsibilities and job description for the Townhome Community - Maintenance Technician position at VTT Management?
VTT Management, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician who has worked in the apartment industry who has HVAC experience.
This position will work on day to day :
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintenance requests
- Building projects
- Some electrical
- Carpentry projects
- Unit turns
- General upkeep of residential apartment buildings
- Some grounds upkeep in the spring, summer and fall
- Other duties as assigned
