Outside Sales Representative (OSR) - Cannabis Industry
Independent Contractor | Full-Time/Part-Time (1099) | Commission Bonuses
Commission Rate: 10% on all regular priced battery sales, cart sales negotiated based on revenue
About the Role
Vuber Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in Massachusetts. Your primary role will be to visit cannabis dispensaries, build relationships with owners/buyers, and sell Vuber's industry-leading hardware products (510 batteries, cartridges, and accessories). This role requires in-person visits, calls, emails, and CRM tracking via HubSpot. All training materials and samples of Vuber products are provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting dispensaries in person, follow-up calls/emails/visits
- Networking and attending cannabis-related events
- Drive new sales, foster client relationships, and meet monthly targets.
- Document all communications in HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitors.
Requirements
- 1 year of cannabis or sales experience.
- High school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree a plus).
- Reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred), and attention to detail.
- Must be 21 and able to attend virtual company meetings.
