Digital Marketing Manager

Description

Vue Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to bolster our digital team. The ideal candidate will combine experience working in the healthcare / pharmaceutical marketing space with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and strategies. This person needs to be able to meaningfully contribute to the development of integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution - working closely with the marketing team, supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. This person does not need to have healthcare / pharmaceutical marketing agency experience but digital marketing experience is a necessity.

General Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute key digital marketing projects and initiatives, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain Vue Healths social media presence
  • Measure and report performance analytics of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create websites, digital selling tools, and digital content / assets
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Trend watching
  • Develop case studies and capabilities slides
  • Requirements

  • BS / MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated interest in leading and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Demonstrated interest in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Demonstrated interest with A / B and multivariate experiments
  • Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Demonstrated interest in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
