Overview:
The CNC Machinist/Programmer position is for a Monday-Friday 7am-5pm schedule (some weekend shifts with advanced knowledge as needed). This position is an advanced machinist/programmer position with daily duties involving programming for parts, and the the creation of fixturing and set up of Haas VMC’s and manual machines for production run of parts.
Responsibilities
CNC Mill (3-4axis VMC), CNC Mill (5 axis VMC), Manual Mill Setup and Operation, Manual Lathe Setup and Operation, GD&T, Knowledge of G and M Codes, Machine Setup and Fixturing for Production Runs. CAD/CAM Programming with Fusion 360 is a massive plus.
Qualifications
5 years prior experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment with a focus on complete job setup and run.
3 years prior daily experience CAD/CAM Programming (3,4, and 5 axis) experience with Fusion 360.
Proficient in the operation of Haas CNC milling machines.
Proficient in the setup and use of manual mills and lathes.
Knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read technical drawings/schematics.
Read standard measuring instruments: dial/digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
This position requires constant standing, walking, frequent bending at the waist, twisting, pushing/pulling, occasional kneeling/crawling, and/or carrying/lifting items up to 50lbs.

Knowledge of shop math ( basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry).
