VulcanForms Inc. seeks an Accounting & Finance Intern for our Devens, MA location.
Job purpose
As an Accounting & Finance Intern at VulcanForms, Devens, MA, your main objective will be to support the Accounting and Finance team in their day-to-day tasks. You will support the team by doing account reviews, tracking audit requests, monitoring open job closures and creating monthly P&L reports.
Key Accountabilities
- Standardize and implement department level P&L reviews
- Support implementation/integration of third party software to support advanced financial reporting
- Track audit requests
- Investigate aged RBNI balances
- Support 1099 supplier review
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in either Accounting or Finance

- This is a paid co-op/internship opportunity starting in May 2025 and will last for 3 months
