Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager of Facilities & Security, the Associate Project Manager (APM) will be critical to the success of the growing and dynamic team at Vuori. The APM will support the maintenance improvement, renovations, remodels, and expansion of retail locations, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role will also support additional Facilities & Security projects as needed.
What you'll get to do :
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Retail store openings, renovations, and remodels.
- Monitor project progress and identify timeline risks and opportunities.
- Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs are aligned with forecasts.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and maintaining project documentation, including timelines, work orders, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including Facilities / Security, Retail Operations, Construction / Development, Technology, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Support Project Manager in developing project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in procurement and contract negotiations for facilities maintenance, security systems, and related services.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Source and evaluate external contractors and vendors for retail projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, external vendors, and internal resources to ensure compliance with design, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs are aligned with forecasts.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 per year - $90,000 per year.
