We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team in New York City. This role is perfect for a creative professional with experience at a major agency or social media platform who is passionate about building relationships with creators and driving innovative campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing partnerships with creators while contributing to unique guerrilla marketing campaigns that engage audiences both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Relationship Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and content strategists across various social media platforms.
- Develop long-term relationships with creators to foster brand loyalty and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with creators to conceptualize and execute engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the lifecycle of creator-led campaigns, from ideation to reporting performance metrics.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and KPIs.
Guerrilla Marketing:
- Plan and execute creative offline marketing stunts and experiential activations.
- Integrate guerrilla marketing tactics with digital strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of offline and online campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and creator content analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Maintain detailed reports on creator partnerships, campaign ROI, and audience engagement.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance creator collaborations and offline marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related role, ideally at a major agency, social media platform, or entertainment company.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful partnerships with creators and influencers.
- Background in guerrilla marketing, event production, or experiential campaigns is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for spotting innovative opportunities and trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.
