We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Field Sales - Majors Accounts to strengthen our North American sales presence and expand VusionGroup's customer base. Your mission will be to define and develop the scope of your business, with an initial focus on prospecting and selling to all retail (excluding Grocery and C-store) SMB independents in your region. You will be the first of its kind in this role, with the opportunity to help shape the regional sales executive team.
Drive business development efforts to create new leads and generate a robust pipeline, collaborating with Lead Gen and marketing teams to devise effective pipeline generation strategies.
Strategically map your region and identify prospects by vertical.
Cultivate relationships with buying groups, potential partners, and regional groupings to expand your network.
Execute sales activities with precision, maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve or surpass sales goals and expectations.
Establish and nurture multiple contacts and relationships at various levels and departments within prospects, developing advocates within customer organizations to strengthen ties.
Convert leads generated from calling, marketing, emailing, or other defined campaigns into successful sales.
Deliver compelling online demos showcasing the company, its solutions, and offerings.
Engage in face-to-face meetings with business owners to build rapport and close deals.
Participate in trade shows to support deal closures and network expansion.
