Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance AM to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot various systems within our facility. This role requires effective project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Maintenance AM will support the maintenance management team in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs and installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and manage ongoing projects effectively.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Provide leadership support during maintenance projects, guiding less experienced staff when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team.
- Experience with HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with schematics, logic controllers, and maintenance management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in supervising or mentoring junior staff members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail.
