Overview

Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with CGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure that products are fabricated according to specifications and meet customer expectations.
- Lead the QA/QC team in performing quality inspections at various stages of production.
- Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to quality management systems and audit findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 standards, and best practices in quality management.
- Experience conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
