Job Details
Prerequisites:
- Should have driven operational efficiency & Operational metrics improvements thru automation
- Should have Application Support background
- Should have proactive problem management
Mandatory :
- Handson experience on Ansible or python.
- Exposure to any ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow
- Hands on experience on any Observability tools like Splunk, AppD, Grafana etc..
Good to have :
- Exposure in implementing Event correlation like Big panda
- Hands on experience integrating ITSM tool with AIOPs like IPSoft/Amellia
- Experience in driving SRE transformations
