GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Expansion/Upsell Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry. As an Expansion/Upsell Account Executive, you will focus on identifying opportunities to expand and upsell existing accounts, with an emphasis on our payments solution driving additional revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand and upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to understand their needs and identify potential areas for growth.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of additional Vyne Dental solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve expansion and upsell targets.
- Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new products and services.
- Analyze client usage and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Other duties as assigned

- Financial Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of financial administrative accounts and corporate accounts.
- Application Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for securely administering user access to corporate applications.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a focus on account management, expansion, or upselling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite.
- Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
