Skills: Cisco Voice, Cisco UCCE, Gateways & PSTN, Protocols (SIP, H.323)
Have worked on Cisco Unified communication products like Cisco Unified Communication Manager, IPCC Express, PCCE, WebEx Cisco Unity Voicemail, and Cisco Call Manager express
Good implementation/troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT, PCCE & Cisco Webex.
Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Service Gateways (ISR Routers, Analog gateways, CUBE, CUSP, VXML, Cisco SRST).
Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices
Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Work with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems.
PCCE:
UCCE Engineer with a solid understanding of UCCE / PCCE
Configure and administer UCCE application (Agents, Precision Queue, Agents, Call Types)
Using ICM be able to perform call scripting that would integrate with CVP applications
Individual with strong database skills and CUIC reporting skills
The individual with the ability to develop testing case documentation based on inbound call flow
Working knowledge of Network Routing and Switching.
End-to-end QOS knowledge across a Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure
Experience with networking and how the UCCE and CUCM systems integrate on a corporate network.
Experience with vCenter, ESXi, VMs
