Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports to reflect department activities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
