Job Purpose :
As our team's Learning and Development Coordinator, you will coordinate in-person training events and collaborate closely with leaders to communicate the details of their events.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position has no direct reports.
Essential Functions :
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of training programs, workshops, and focus groups.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking all necessary reservations.
- Maintain and update training materials and resources.
- Ensure that all training materials are accessible to the relevant parties.
- Arranges transportation.
- Collect feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure all required individuals have attended.
- Answer phones for the Human Resources Department as needed.
- All other tasks as requested.

Work Environment :
Generally, works in an office environment and visits work sites as needed.
Travel Requirements :
Ability to travel up to 25% of work time.
