About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a background in U.S. general contracting, particularly in Design-Build (DB) projects. You will be responsible for managing technical execution, project timelines, and subcontractor coordination on U.S.-based DB construction projects.
This role requires legal work eligibility in the U.S. and a willingness to support our company in obtaining General Contractor licensing in the state of Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction phases of DB projects across Michigan
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and permitting authorities
- Support license application processes for Michigan GC or MEP qualifications
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN)
- At least 5 years of experience in general contracting within the U.S.
- Familiarity with GC or MEP license exams and Michigan construction codes
- Willingness and ability to sit for the GC or MEP licensing exams
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, permitting, and project delivery
