Manufacturing Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Participate in training sessions for new employees and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.

Pay: $15.29 - $16.75 per hour
