Project Planning & Execution
- Manage enterprise application projects within defined budgets, timelines, and internal requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones that align with organizational objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Working with the Enterprise Application Manager Revising the Specification of the jobs.
- Collaborate with business units, IT team, operations, and leadership to define project requirements and expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise application projects, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Prioritize work and team focus based on input from management, stakeholders and team input based on ROI or operational criticality.
- Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
- Gather stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements in enterprise applications and project execution.
- Formalize status monitoring and reporting to provide accurate visibility and tracking to all involved parties.
- Assist the Enterprise Applications Manager in driving the adoption and optimization of the aACE ERP system.
- Lead user training sessions, ensuring employees understand system functionality and best practices.
- Gather stakeholder feedback on system usability, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Work with process owners and business leaders to ensure successful system implementation and alignment with operational needs.
- Identify and document opportunities for system enhancements, collaborating with the IT team and aACE support providers for implementation.
- Ensure ongoing system improvements are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
- Identify and manage risks throughout enterprise application project lifecycles.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies working in conjunction with BU leaders.
- Coordinate user training and knowledge transfer to support successful implementation.
- Document and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for enterprise application projects, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Apply lessons learned to improve future project execution and service delivery.
- Facilitate feedback loops with stakeholders to drive ongoing process enhancements.
- Work with finance and business unit leaders to track project costs, licensing, and vendor contracts.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of office equipment, like computers, multi-line phones, printers, and coffee machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
